Meta Def.Com3 battery backed up alarm with easy fit plug & play adapter. This alarm is specially modified for the Triumph range of bikes. Will fit all Hinckley made Triumph motorcycles fitted with the alarm plug with two wire loops, for early models with only one loop wire please contact the office as this kit is not compatible. Simply locate the plug usually hidden under the seat, remove the blanking socket, insert the plug supplied with the DefcomT kit, all that's left is to securely mount the alarm & connect the seat sensor (optional extra - see below), that's it, can be fitted in less than 5 minutes. This kit uses the bike's existing LED which is usually located within the speedo/tacho. This is exactly how dealers fit alarms to the bikes. Optional extras over the standard alarm are two input triggers for accessory protection & an extra siren/pager/texter output.

Please note this alarm is the European version of the Meta DefcomT & as such is not Thatcham approved even though it is essentially identical to it. This device is considered a normal alarm system, for a Thatcham approved alarm click here.

Some early Hinkley Triumphs do not have an LED fitted as standard, please choose whether it is fitted and if required the type of LED wanted, choose in the drop down option box below. If the LED is fitted as standard (as in photo above) please choose the 'LED NOT REQUIRED' option as the wiring loom suppled for an external LED will not operate the Triumph fitted LED.
