I bought the Meta M357TV2 plug & play replacement alarm unit for the earlier M357T. I bought a bike last year which was fitted with a M357T and only had one blipper and no code card. Two days ago the alarm wouldnt react to the blipper and left me stranded. I bought the plug and play replacement alarm and it does what it says on the tin! After having my key and fob stolen, knowing the buggers would be back, I found this web site which explained how to remove the stolen fob. I placed a order for replacement fobs then no sooner had I hit the continue button the phone rang and chappie from Abacus explained I forgot to add the 16 digit code to my order. To my suprise early the next morning the postie had a small package for me. Would highly recommend to anyone, next time I buy a new bike I know where I'm going to get a new alarm fitted and thats not a bike dealer. Once again thanks.

I found there web site after trying to order a alarm on 2 other sites, both other sites messed me about saying need to send check ect, once i placed my order at abacus i instantly got a email telling me order has been placed and gave me info on how to track order. later on the same day i placed another order for a paging system and to my surprise received a call from abacus telling me that system i order earlier in day had paging on it which i thought was really good as they not know that pager was for another car and they far exceeded customer relations as most other companies would have took your money and laughed but they had the decently to check that i needed the order as for using them again yes I would as I rate them as the best company I used online and would not hesitate to use them again which I know will be doing soon
